Me One

Eric Martin, known professionally as Me One  and MC Eric, is a Welsh musician, rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. He worked as MC Eric with the Belgian-based techno/Eurodance act Technotronic. In 2000, Martin released his debut album under the name Me One, titled As Far As I'm Concerned. Notable singles from this album include "Game Plan," "Old Fashioned," and "In My Room." Throughout his career, Martin has written for various artists including Jeff Beck, Maxi Priest, the Roots, Capleton, Lynden David Hall, and the Sugababes. In 2024, it was announced that Martin would receive the Welsh Music Inspiration award at the annual Welsh Music Prize.
