Die! Die! Die!, a New Zealand noise pop/punk/post-punk band, formed in late 2003 with Andrew Wilson on guitar and vocals, Michael Prain on drums, and Kane Goulter on bass. The group's early background included multiple rock competitions and short-lived bands such as Carriage H and Rawer. Their first EP, Die! Die! Die!, was released in 2005, followed by their self-titled debut album the same year, produced by Steve Albini at Electrical Audio in Chicago. The band's touring schedule included performances across New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and the USA, notably playing at the South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas, in 2006. In 2007, they recorded a live album, Live [part Time Punks (at The Echo) - April 8th, 2007], and their second full-length studio album, Promises, Promises. Notable singles include "155" and "Trinity".
