Tommy Fleming is an Irish singer born on May 15, 1971, in Aclare, County Sligo. He performed in the folk and traditional Irish genres. Fleming began a collaboration with composer Phil Coulter in the early 1990s and subsequently joined the group De Dannan in 1994. His first solo studio recording, Different Sides to Life, appeared in 1996. While on a promotional tour for the 1998 album Restless Spirit, Fleming was involved in a car accident. He resumed his career and released the recordings Sand and Water (1997) and The Contender (2000). In 2004, he recorded the live concert Voice of Hope at Knock Shrine Basilica, which was broadcast by PBS in 2005. His discography included the recordings A Life Like Mine (2006), Stories (2016), and the compilation All These Years (2021). Fleming performed at venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Sydney Opera House. He released the recording Sing Me Back Home in 2025.
