Pierrot Lunaire

Pierrot Lunaire, an Italian progressive folk group from Rome, was formed in 1974 under the original name Primtemps by Gaio Chiocchio and Arturo Stalteri. The band’s breakthrough came with the self‑titled debut album in 1974, which blended conventional song structures with experimental textures. In 1977, they released Gudrun. After a long hiatus, the trio returned with Tre in 2011.
