Antonio Ciacci, known professionally as Little Tony, born on February 9, 1941, in Tivoli, Italy, was a Sammarinese singer. He began his music career performing with his brothers in local cafés and bars. Little Tony gained initial recognition when he was discovered by British impresario Jack Good and marketed as Little Tony and His Brothers, inspired by his idol Little Richard. He achieved significant success at the Sanremo Festival in 1961, placing second alongside Adriano Celentano. Little Tony's career spanned several decades, with notable albums including Riderà (1966), Il Big Little Tony (1968), and Special (1970). Little Tony was named an honorary citizen of Montebelluna in 1996. He passed away on May 27, 2013. A bust in memory of him was unveiled in Tivoli in 2023.
