Sulfator is a French technical thrash metal band from Toulouse, formed in 2013, inspired by bands such as Vektor, Megadeth, Anacrusis, Voivod, Watchtower, Annihilator, Opeth and Obscura.
The band’s very first lineup performed several concerts, opened for the American crossover thrash band Lich King, embarked on mini-tours, and played in various festivals across the South-West of France before recording a self-produced debut EP titled “Feed the Demon”, followed later by the banger “Dishonored”.
After a five-year hiatus due to personal reasons, the band reunited by recruiting a new bassist (Antoine) and drummer (Bastien). The technical expertise of these two new members enabled Sulfator to explore new musical horizons.
After four years of composing, the band returned to the stage at the beginning of 2023 with several concerts, the band has released their first album "GEMINI" on 9th January 2025.
