Vant was a British indie rock band formed in 2014 in London, England. The group was established by the songwriter Mattie Vant. Their recordings include the single “Parking Lot” (2015) and the EP Karma Seeker (2016). In 2015, the group signed with Parlophone Records and performed on tours at festivals including Reading and Leeds, Glastonbury, and Fuji Rock. Their debut album, Dumb Blood (2017), reached number 46 on the UK Albums Chart. Vant's discography includes the singles “Fly-by Alien” (2016), “Peace & Love” (2016), and “Do You Know Me?” (2017). The band became inactive in 2017 following their The Last Days of Punk tour. Vant resumed activity in 2018 with the single “Propaganda Machine” (2019) and released the albums Conceived in the Sky (2020) and Extinction Ballads (2021).
