Sebastian Emmanuel Zalo, born in 1997, in Horten, Norway, is a Norwegian singer. Raised by a single mother with two brothers, Zalo's musical journey began with the release of mixtapes in 2018 and 2019. His debut album, RTRO//SPKT, was released in September 2020 under Universal Music. The following year, he participated in the television show De neste, produced by Norsk rikskringkasting (NRK), where his cover songs were later released as singles. In March 2021, Zalo removed his earlier music from streaming platforms, stating he no longer stood behind that work. Notable achievements include nominations for Newcomer of the Year at both P3 Gull 2020 and Spellemannprisen 2020. His EP De Neste was released in April 2021. He also wrote "Magi" for the Christmas series Kristiania magiske tivolitheater.
