What started as a home recording project for Welsh singer/ songwriter Daniel Mark Williams eventually came to fruition with the release of Love Songs in 2018. Swapping the South Wales valleys for the Vallée du Lot in South West France, the songs were reworked with local musicians Loïc Trumeau, Loïc Malavelle, Bruno Almosnino, and Philippe Caray. Initially self produced and sold at their live shows, Love Songs was given a wider release by We Are Unique Records in 2020 and met with critical acclaim.
The follow up, Hello Magpie, is scheduled for release in June 2026.
