Albrecht Riermeier is a German musician and educator. He studied percussion at the Berlin University of Education and later at the Berlin University of the Arts. He further developed his skills at the Creative Music Studio in Woodstock, USA, which led to a scholarship for vibraphone studies at Berklee College of Music in Boston. Riermeier has performed with ensembles such as Double Percussion and the Super Nova Percussion Ensemble, and contributed to dance productions at the Societaetstheater in Dresden. He has also taught at the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf Music School and the Hanns Eisler School of Music in Berlin.
