Love Is All is a Swedish indie pop band from Gothenburg. Formed in 2003, the ensemble originally consisted of singer Josephine Olausson, bassist Johan Lindwall, drummer Markus Görsch, saxophonist Fredrik Eriksson and guitarist Nicholaus Sparding. In 2003, the group released the 7-inch EP “Spinning and Scratching / Make Out, Fall Out, Make Up / Ageing Had Never Been His Friend”. They achieved critical recognition with their debut studio album, Nine Times That Same Song, which was released in 2005 and reissued internationally in 2006 through Parlophone. Their acclaimed song “Make Out, Fall Out, Make Up” was included in Pitchfork's list of the best songs of the 2000s. Following extensive touring, Eriksson left the band and was replaced by saxophonist Åke Strömer in 2008. That same year, the group issued the album A Hundred Things Keep Me Up at Night and the remix record Love Is All... Mixed Up. The ensemble released its third studio album, Two Thousand and Ten Injuries, in 2010 through Polyvinyl Record Co. The band is known for a lo-fi punk style characterized by melodic vocals and prominent saxophone arrangements.
