Lisa Dawn Lougheed, born on September 9, 1968 in Ontario, Canada, is a singer-songwriter and voice actress. She began her dance training at age three and later became a dance major at the Etobicoke School of the Arts. Lougheed's breakthrough came as a teenager when she was cast as a singer and voice actress for The Raccoons, an animated television series. Her debut album, Evergreen Nights, released in 1987 under CBC Records, featured songs from the show. In 1991, Lougheed signed with Sony Music Canada and released her second album, World Love, through Warner Music Canada the following year. The album included nine co-written tracks and notable singles such as "Love Vibe". Her third album, Peace + Harmony, was released in 1993.
