Taxi Doll is an American pop, electronica, and dance group from Los Angeles, California. The ensemble was established in 2004, taking their name from the bobble-head dolls perched on taxicabs. The lineup featured European vocalist Dhana Taprogge, keyboardist Gregg “G-dub” Allen, drummer Jason Graham, guitarist Matt Emmer, and bassist Brian Hendrix. Their musical style, which they termed rocktronica, was inspired by bands including Blondie and Garbage. Their debut single, “Waiting” (2006), reached number 3 on Billboard's Hot Dance Airplay chart. After signing a recording contract with Universal Records, they released their debut studio album, Here and Now, on 23 February 2009. Their song “Look at What You Get” was featured on the soundtrack of the video game Forza Motorsport 2, and their music appeared in the feature film Firewall (2006).
