Internal Suffering, a Colombian death metal band from Pereira, was formed in November 1996 by vocalist Fabián, guitarist Leandro, bassist Andrés Garcia, and drummer Jorge. The group quickly began performing live, including a small tour with Incantation in March 1997. After several lineup changes, Internal Suffering recorded their debut album, Supreme Knowledge Domain, released in 1999 by Perverted Taste. In 2002, they released Chaotic Matrix through Displeased Records, followed by extensive tours across North America and Europe, including appearances at the Ohio Death Fest and Obscene Extreme Festival in 2003. The band continued to release albums such as Awakening of the Rebel (2006) and Cyclonic Void of Power (2016).
