Tsubasa Masuwaka, known professionally as Milky Bunny, was born on October 13, 1985, in Koshigaya, Saitama, Japan. She began her career as a model represented by the talent agency Asia Promotion and gained significant attention for her work with Popteen magazine, earning the nickname "10 billion Yen Gal" due to her economic impact. In 2011, Masuwaka ventured into music, releasing her debut single "Bunny Days" on July 20 of that year. This marked the beginning of her brief but notable singing career under the name Milky Bunny. Masuwaka released several singles, including "no shape of love", "ずるいよ / I Wish", and "ナミダソラ". Her debut album Milky Bunny was released on March 21, 2012. Following this, she continued to release music with tracks such as "ねぇかまって?" in 2013 and the digital single "Crazy Diamond" in 2014. In November 2015, Masuwaka compiled her work into an anthology album titled Anthology. Her music career drew primarily from J-pop and gyaru-pop styles, reflecting a pop-oriented aesthetic aligned with her modeling background. Throughout her musical journey, Milky Bunny's work was released under the label Pony Canyon, which distributed both physical CDs and digital downloads.
