Monotheist

Monotheist, an American death metal group, was formed in Orlando, Florida in 2004. The band’s breakthrough came with the 2007 demo Unforsaken and the 2013 EP Genesis of Perdition. Their debut studio album Scourge was released in 2018 under SkyBurnsBlack Records. In 2019, vocalist Cooper Bates joined, and drummer Chris Stropoli replaced the former drummer. Subsequent releases include the 2020 EP Live in Brooklyn and single "Twilight of the Wolves" (2020). The group performed at Prague Death Mass in 2023.
