Life In Mono are a Bristol-based band forging a dark, immersive sound that blends post metal, shoegaze and alt rock into something uniquely atmospheric. Drawing inspiration from icons like Brutus, Portishead, Deftones, and PJ Harvey, their music bristles with raw energy and emotional depth.

In addition to their musical achievements, Life In Mono were recently featured on BBC News for their significant impact on the local music scene. Their live shows are gaining momentum across the UK, with sold-out performances at iconic venues like The Louisiana, The Crofters Rights and Rough Trade in Bristol. 2025 culminated in a high-energy headline set at Exchange, with new music on the horizon for 2026.
