La Floripondio is a Chilean musical group formed in 1991 in Villa Alemana known for blending genres including ska, reggae, cumbia, rock, and punk. Led by Aldo Asenjo, the band released their debut album Muriendo Con Las Botas Puestas in 1993. Their second album, La Manda Del Ladrón de Melipilla, was released under the label Alerce in 1995, leading to their first European tour. Subsequent albums include Atontaguayoprensao (1997), Dime Que Pasa (2001), Paria! (2005), and Hipertenso (2011). The group's music also often included political themes, as seen in songs like "Titikaka" and "Si es Necesario Matar al Presidente".
