Vesania, a Polish metal band from Legionowo, was formed in late 1997 by Orion (guitars and vocals), Daray (drums and percussion), and Heinrich (bass). Their debut demo Reh was released in 1998. In 2003, Vesania released their first album, Firefrost Arcanum, under Empire Records, which led to performances at the Metalmania Festival and the Blitzkrieg Tour with Vader. The band's second album, God the Lux, was released in 2005 under Napalm Records, followed by extensive touring including the God the Black Tour in Russia and the European/Scandinavian Tour. Their third album, Distractive Killusions, was released in December 2007. After a period of inactivity starting in 2009, Vesania resumed activities in 2010, culminating in the release of their fourth album, Deus Ex Machina, in October 2014.
