La Covacha, a rock band from Quilmes, Argentina, formed in 1993. The group is known for their contributions to the "rock barrial" genre. Their debut album, Hay Que Gritar, was released in 1994 following their formation. In 1999, La Covacha released their second album, Por el Mismo Camino, which featured collaborations with Alejandro Sokol and Gustavo Jove. The band's third studio album, Detrás del Cielo, was recorded in 2004 at El Pie studios in Buenos Aires. La Covacha also released an unreleased material titled "Sin Más" with 12 new tracks that gained some popularity among fans.
