Nakatomi was a Dutch happy‑hardcore group formed in 1995 by producers and DJs Wessel van Diepen (DJ Delmundo) and Dennis van Driescchen (DJ Danski). The duo released their debut single "Free" in 1995, which peaked at number 17 on the Dutch Top 40 and remained on the chart for six weeks. In 1996, the group issued the single "Children Of The Night" in May, which reached number 2 on the Dutch charts and stayed there for eleven weeks. The final single, "Sing", was launched at the end of 1996 and attained the fifth position on the Dutch chart. Rachel Spier served as Nakatomi's vocalist from 1995 to 1997, providing the vocals for the singles "Free" and "Children of the Night". Although her voice was featured on the recordings, she did not appear publicly; Swedish model Marzena Kamizela instead portrayed the act in music videos, including "Sing", and appeared on the group's single covers.
