Born in Belo Horizonte, Caio Gomes comes from a family rooted in music and began producing electronic music in 2018, at the age of 17. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he saw an opportunity to establish himself as a producer by taking part in the “In The Lab” contest held by the renowned Brazilian duo Evokings. His track was selected among hundreds of participants and released alongside the duo on Sony Music. His debut song surpassed 150,000 streams across platforms.
Since then, the young producer from Minas Gerais has been dedicated to refining his artistic identity, reviving elements of classic house music while breaking away from industry-driven standards as a form of self-expression. His tracks have already received support from artists such as Eli Iwasa, Malive, Viot, nocapz., Jessica Brankka, Renato Cohen, Duarte, Brisotti, Jay Mariani, Carola, Solarce Brothers, among others, and have been played at events and venues such as Mochakk Calling in Malta, Keinemusik in Brazil and Privilège Búzios.
His catalog includes releases on both national and international labels such as Virgin Music, Banana Gold Records, Clover Club Records, and Jardineira Records. While keeping house as the foundation of his journey, Caio’s production is not tied to specific genres—he constantly pursues musical sophistication and has a deep passion for groove.
