Alice Tanaka, born on December 30, 1996, in Japan, is a Japanese singer known for her pop rap music. She began her career in 2013 when she signed with Atlas Records and released her debut single "Make Me Alright", recorded at the age of 15. Her early releases included digital singles such as "Chicks&Nerdz" and "A Big Girl Don’t Cry", leading to her first EP, Tokyo Girl, in October 2013. Tanaka gained attention with her single "Tokyo", which featured Japanese comedian Naomi Watanabe. In 2014, she released the EP Tokyo Girl II and collaborated with Ayuse Kozue on the EP Girlz. She was recognized as iTunes Japan's New Artist of 2014. Tanaka's first studio album, Tokyo Candy, was released in October 2015 under Warner Music Japan, marking her debut in the Oricon Charts at number 177.
