Carlos Monsta, also known as “Mr. Luanda,” is an Angolan DJ, producer and composer whose music has reached audiences far beyond Angola, establishing his work across the international music scene.
He is one of the composers behind “Charger” by Triangle des Bermudes, a global hit with over 113 million streams on Spotify and certified Double Diamond in France. He also contributed as a composer to “Lunettes” by Triangle des Bermudes, which has surpassed 20 million Spotify streams and achieved Gold certification in France.
His international credits also include “Consuela” by ElGrandeToto feat. Lola Indigo, further expanding his work across African and European music scenes.
As an artist, Carlos Monsta is also behind “Luanda,” one of his signature tracks, which has generated over 15 million recorded streams and has circulated for several years across Angola, Brazil, Portugal, Italy and France.
Born and raised in Angola, Carlos has performed at numerous major events in Luanda and across the country, including Bié, Namibe, Benguela and Huíla.
