Tim Despic

Tim Despic, born November 22, 1978, in Montreal, Quebec, is a Canadian-born London-based British composer known for moody, evocative scores. After earning an honours degree in Politics and Economics from the University of Bath, he returned to music, studying Creative Music Technology at Newcastle University. He scored films including The Best Man (2005), The History of Mr. Polly (2007), and Helen (2009). He co-scored the Lionsgate thrillers Heist (2015) and Precious Cargo (2016), and in 2019 collaborated with James Edward Barker on the score for The Courier.
