Zididada is a Danish pop band from Denmark. Formed in 1997, the group was founded by singer Jimmy Bacoll and guitarist Danny Linde. The musicians chose the name as a notation for eternal sun. The band participated in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2004 with the song “Prinsesse”, which reached second place with 46 points. Their recording history included the studio albums Welcome To Zididada (1999), Have A Zididada Day (2000) and Happy Fool (2002). The record Happy Fool reached number 17 on the Danish charts. Subsequent releases included the albums Princess (2004), Music Makers (2005) and Take it All (2008), the latter of which featured a theme song for the wrestling event WWE Judgment Day 2008. Their studio recording Fix Your Heart (2013) reached number 9 on the national charts. Linde left the ensemble in 2013. Drummer Björn Jönsson, who was a member of the group between 1999 and 2020, died in 2020.
