Impiety is a Singaporean black metal band formed in 1990 in Singapore. The group was founded by Shyaithan (born Ariffeen Deen) and the drummer Necro-Angelfornicator and is known for a style they describe as “Christfucking Nuklear War Metal”. Their early recordings include the demo Ceremonial Necrochrist Redesecration (1992). Their debut album, Asateerul Awaleen (1996), was followed by the recording Skullfucking Armageddon (1999), which was released through Dies Irae Records. The band signed with Osmose Productions in 2001 and released the album Kaos Kommand 696 (2002). In 2004, they released the album Paramount Evil (2004), which faced scrutiny regarding the lyrics of the track “Carbonized” (2004). Their discography includes the live recording Tormentors of Tijuana (2007) and the compilation Vengeance Hell Immemorial (2013). Subsequent releases include the album Versus All Gods (2020).
