Captain Everything! was a British punk rock group formed in 1998 in Watford, England. The band, known for their rapid pop-punk style dubbed "bubblegum thrash," began their career with the release of Music by Idiots in 1998. Their breakthrough came with the album Learning to Play With..., initially released in 2000 and reissued in 2002. The group toured extensively across England, sharing stages with acts like The Vandals and Capdown. In 2001, they collaborated on a split release titled Make the Love Connection with Route 215. Subsequent releases included It’s Not Rocket Science in 2003 and Buena Vista Bingo Club in 2006. They also recorded a live DVD, Live at the Camden Underworld, in 2004 with Divit and Belvedere. The band disbanded in 2007 but reunited briefly from 2010 to 2011 before disbanding permanently.
