KRN, born Karen Bourgi on November 16, 1999 in Dakar, was immersed in music from an early age. In 2014, aged just 15, she took part in the Chante ta vie competition, where she revisited John Legend's All of Me. The following year, she reached the final with Selah Sue's Raggamuffin. Her covers, including Adele's Hello, attracted attention on YouTube and Instagram, until Booba spotted her and signed her to his 7 Corp label in 2020. She debuted with Âme d'enfant, followed by Essayer, alongside Dany Synthé and Usky. In 2021, she unveils Les Anges, a deep piano-vocal produced by Redonpaul. Her universe took shape with Équinoxe in March 2023, a five-track project including a duet with Bilton. A few months later, she confirmed her rise with Solstice, a mix of R&B and haunting melodies.
