Aghora is an American progressive metal band formed in 1995 by guitarist Santiago Dobles and based in Miami, Florida. Early collaborators included guitarist Max Dible and bassist Andy Deluca, and the band later incorporated vocalist Danishta Rivero and guitarist Charlie Ekendahl. Demo recordings from the late 1990s were later compiled on Transitions (2006), a collection of songs recorded from 1997 to 1999 that predated the band’s self-titled debut released in 2000. Their second album, Formless, was released in 2006, and introduced vocalist Diana Serra. The band later returned with Entheogenic Frequencies, released in 2019.
