Cemetery of Scream is a Polish doom and gothic metal band formed in Kraków in 1992. The original lineup included bassist Jacek Królik, keyboardist Katarzyna Rachwalik, and guitarist Marcin Piwowarczyk, who served as the leader of the group. Their debut release was the EP Sameone (1993). In 1995, Cemetery of Scream released their first album, Melancholy. The following year, the group released a music video for the song "Anxiety" for the compilation Beauty in Darkness. Their second album, Deeppression, was released in 1998. In 2000, they released the album Prelude to a Sentimental Journey, which featured lyrics by Zdzisław "The Bat" Zabierzewsk. After a hiatus, Cemetery of Scream released the album The Event Horizon (2006), featuring session musician Paweł Kluczewski on vocals. Their discography includes the albums Frozen Images (2009) and Oceans (2023).
