Midway Still, a rock music group from Kent, England, formed in the early 1990s. The band's early career included recording a Peel session and releasing their debut EP I Won't Try in 1991. Their first album, Dial Square, was released in 1992 on Roughneck Recordings, a subsidiary of Fire Records, produced by Don Fleming. This was followed by Life's Too Long in 1993, produced by Frankie Stubbs of Leatherface. The band disbanded before their third album but reunited in 2000 with Russell Lee replacing Jan Konopka on bass. They released the single "Fuck You" in the same year and continued to produce albums including Note to Self (2010), Always Ends (2012), and Go Team No Hope (2016). Midway Still has toured extensively, including performances in Japan.
