Limp Wrist are an American hardcore punk ensemble from Albany, New York, formed in 1998. The group was established by Martin Sorrondeguy and Mark Telfian and includes members from Los Crudos and Hail Mary. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style associated with the queercore subculture. Their recording career began with the demo Don't Knock It Till You Try It (1999), followed by the track “What’s Up with the Kids” (2001) and the studio recording Limp Wrist (2001). The ensemble resumed activity in 2004 and released the compilation Thee Official Limp Wrist Discography (2004). Their discography includes the extended play Want Us Dead (2006) and the studio recording Facades (2017). They achieved professional recognition for the tracks “I Love Hardcore Boys, I Love Boys Hardcore” and “Ode”, the latter of which pays tribute to pioneering gay musicians.
