Love Runs Blind, commonly known as LRB, was a Bangladeshi rock band formed in Chittagong by Ayub Bachchu. In 1992, they signed with Sargam Records and released their debut double album LRB I and LRB II, featuring the hit song "ঘুম ভাঙ্গা শহরে (In the Woke Up City)". Their third album, সুখ (Happiness) (1993), marked a significant breakthrough with the popular track "চলো বদলে যাই (Let's Change)". The band continued to release successful albums and in 1996 released their first live album, Ferari Mon: Unplugged Live, becoming the only Bangladeshi band to perform at Madison Square Garden in New York. LRB is regarded as one of Bangladesh’s most influential rock bands, having won multiple Meril Prothom Alo Awards and a Citycell-Channel I Music Award in 2007. The band’s legacy includes the contributions of lead singer and guitarist Ayub Bachchu, who passed away on October 18, 2018.
