GUILHÖM is a singer, musician, songwriter, from Montpellier, France. He offers polymorphous music nourished by numerous influences of folk, rock, pop, hip-hop, film music...
On stage, Guilhöm guides us in a melodic crossing between intimate folk shores and more rock territories, navigating between acoustic and electric guitars, loops and samples, lo-fi piano and analog keyboards, French or English according to instinct and emotions .Originally, the Guilhöm project was born from sensitive texts and nostalgic notes on the guitar: intimate songs accumulated over years, over which hover the shadows of Nick Drake and Elliott Smith, with cinematic and traveling atmospheres. Little by little these very stripped-down pieces have been enriched with new crafted arrangements, diverse musical colors, atmospheres and new sensations.
After the first album "Behind April" in 2016 and the single Ouessant in 2020, some collaborations (Hubwar, My Tiger SIde, Collectif Lodger, Bran Terror...) and meetings on stage (Shannon Wright, She Owl, Will Barber) Guilhöm is preparing to release his second album “Trouble Fête” at the end of 2023.
