Pompeya is a Russian indie pop and rock band from Moscow formed in 2006. They self-released the debut EP Cheenese (2010), followed by the full-length album Tropical (2011). They toured extensively in Eastern Europe and recorded the EP Foursome (2012) at Bedrock Studios in Los Angeles, which was released in Russia. They played their first shows in the U.S. in 2012 at New York City clubs Mercury Lounge and Glasslands Gallery. In 2013, Tropical was re-released in the U.S. through the Brooklyn label No Shame, combining tracks from the original LP with the Foursome EP. They later released albums including Tropical Remixed (2014), Real (2015), Dreamers (2018), Bingo (2020), and Awesome (2025), as well as the EPs Night (2014) and Domino (2017).
