Priscilla Block (August 11, 1995) is a country artist from Raleigh, North Carolina. Like many other up-and-coming artists in the American country scene, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue a career in music after graduating from high school. While working a series of odd jobs in the Music City, a fortunate encounter with Taylor Swift, one of her biggest influences, convinced her to devote herself fully to music. In 2020, Priscilla Block began uploading some of her original material, in addition to a handful of covers, to social media platforms. Her body-positive attitude shone through in early singles “PMS” and “Thick Thighs” and resonated with her rapidly expanding online following, which crowdfunded her proper debut single “Just About Over You.” The single earned Priscilla Block a record deal with Universal Music Group Nashville's Mercury division and spawned an accompanying music video directed by Logen Christopher. A year later, “Just About Over You” broke into the Top 40 of Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. Preceded by the hit single “I Bet You Wanna Know,” an eponymous EP was revealed in 2021
