Gonzy

Cuban-American artist Gonzy, born Elian Gonzalez, has quickly gained recognition for his unique fusion of rap, Latin R&B, dance-pop, and reggaeton. He made his debut in 2021 with tracks like "Banco Virao" and "Casualidad," blending bilingual lyrics and seamlessly moving between genres. Gonzy’s early releases showcased his ability to mix Latin and American sounds, drawing attention for his cross-cultural appeal. In 2022, he dropped the mini-album MI FANTASY, further solidifying his place in the music scene. However, it was his 2023 collaboration with Oliver Kid on the Brazilian funk single "La Calma" that truly put him on the map. Later that year, Gonzy released his debut full-length album, DESAHOGO, marking a shift toward more pop-influenced sounds while maintaining his signature Latin roots on tracks like "Orgullo." This was followed by his second full-length, 2024's THE WORLD IS YOURS, which featured guest appearances by SAIKO and Arcángel.
