Tanghetto is an Argentinian neotango and electronic tango group from Buenos Aires formed in 2003. Led by musician and producer Max Masri, the ensemble released their debut studio album, Emigrante (Electrotango) (2003). The record was nominated for a Latin Grammy Award in 2004 and achieved platinum status in Argentina in 2006. Their second studio recording, Hybrid Tango (2004), incorporated various world music styles and received a Latin Grammy nomination. They issued the studio albums El miedo a la libertad (2008), which won a Gardel Award in 2009, and Más allá del Sur (2009). Their discography includes the works Incidental Tango (2012), Hybrid Tango II (2014), and Progressive Tango (2015). They also released the live albums VIVO (2011) and VIVO Milonguero (2012), alongside the acoustic recording Desenchufado (2016). In 2023, they released Argentinxs (2023), featuring guests such as Fito Páez and León Gieco. Their live album En Vivo 20 Años (2025) received the Latin Grammy for Best Tango Album in 2025.
