Mariana Volker, born Mariana Moraes Penteado on June 26, 1987, in Rio de Janeiro, is a Brazilian singer-songwriter known for her soulful voice and poetic lyrics. She began her career as part of the band Unidade Imaginária alongside Leo Vilhena and Valentina Zanin. In 2014, Mariana released her first solo EP, Palafita, produced by the renowned Liminha, featuring tracks like "Eterno Verão" and "Canção do Amor Perfeito." Her national exposure increased in 2017 when she participated in The Voice Brasil. In 2019, she released her first full-length album, Órbita, which included standout songs like "Montes Claros" and "+Amor." That same year, she collaborated with the DJ duo Transpira on the single "Me dá me dê." In 2020, Mariana Volker joined forces with the trio Gilsons to release the single "Devagarinho," further expanding her reach. Her 2022 album Impossível dizer que não senti featured hits like "Outras Pessoas" and "Que Se Chama Amor." In 2024, Mariana Volker released the EP Olho d’água, produced by Carolina Mathias, showcasing her continued evolution with tracks such as "Lágrima" and "Gota a Gota."
