Malacates Trébol Shop, a Guatemalan band formed in 1996, is known for their innovative fusion of rock, ska, and pop with traditional elements. The group's early breakthrough came with their debut album Paquetecuetes, released in 1999, which featured the hit singles "Ni un Centavo", "Mojado", and "Pa'que te acuerdes de mi". These tracks gained significant popularity on Central American radios, staying at the top for over 15 weeks. Their subsequent album Sí (2002) included notable songs like "Quisiera" and "Mariachi Funky Disco", with "Morena" serving as the official campaign song for Pepsi in 2000. The band's success continued with Solo éxitos... (dicen) (2005), which featured "Tómame", the official campaign song for Cerveza Gallo's summer campaign that year. Malacates Trébol Shop has performed extensively across Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Mexico, and the U.S.A., sharing stages with artists such as Juanes, Carlos Vives, and Franco de Vita.
