Duncan Honeybourne

Duncan Honeybourne, born on 27 October 1977 in Weymouth, Dorset, is a British pianist. He began his musical studies at the Royal Academy of Music Junior Department, winning the senior piano prize and giving his first London recital at age 15. Honeybourne continued his education at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, graduating with a B.Mus First Class Honours degree in 2000. He made his debut as a soloist at Symphony Hall, Birmingham, and the National Concert Hall, Dublin, in 1998. Throughout his career, Honeybourne has performed concertos and recitals across the UK and Europe, appearing on radio networks such as BBC Radio 3. His discography includes works by E.J. Moeran, Andrew Downes, John Joubert, and premiere recordings of pieces by Walford Davies and Ivor Gurney.
