Non Phixion, an American hip-hop group from Brooklyn, New York City, formed in 1995. The group consisted of MC Serch, Sabac Red, DJ Eclipse, Ill Bill, and Goretex. Their first single "Legacy" was released within six months of formation and sold over 25,000 copies worldwide. Non Phixion secured a deal with Geffen Records but were later dropped due to miscommunications. They continued touring internationally. Their debut album The Future is Now was released in 2002, featuring production from Pete Rock, Large Professor, and DJ Premier. The group went on hiatus in 2006 after Goretex left to pursue solo work and Ill Bill formed La Coka Nostra.
