Bas Lefeber (also known as Buzz Low) was born on June 21, 1998, in the Netherlands.
Music has always played an important role in his life, as soon as he started playing the piano he got hooked on producing his own tracks.
After several years of working hard to improve his producer skills, his remix for ‘Friends & Lovers’ reached over 1 million plays within the first few months and was played by the likes of Oliver Heldens.
In August 2018 his original track ‘This Is Us’ with supported vocals by Harley Bird was premiered by Oliver Heldens and Lucas & Steve and became a real club anthem.
Buzz Low held a residency in Club Ruis (Haarlem, the Netherlands) and performed at various festivals and clubs like Hockeyloverz, Dance Festival Breda, Patronaat and Club Panama in Amsterdam.
Just after graduating at the renowned Herman Brood Academy, Buzz Low won the Global Remix Battle organized by Afrojack.
From there on, much changed for Buzz Low. For example, he was asked to DJ at the famous Star Beach venue in Greece during the summer of 2019 and also played at the extravagant club Now & Wow in Rotterdam.
Spinnin' Records also noted Buzz Low's talent and signed Buzz Low for multiple singles, the first release entitled "Just My Type" featuring British singer Jordan Shaw, is the ultimate dance-pop track.
His 2nd release "Thong Song" is a remake of the classic by the American R&B artist Sisqó.
With that song a new phase started for Buzz Low, as the record has been picked up by many different major international DJs, such as Martin Garrix, David Guetta, Afrojack, Diplo, Marshmello, Showtek and many others and as a result of that "Thong Song" has become one of the biggest club songs.
Furthermore Spotify added the song to various popular playlists, causing a serious increase in streams on the Spotify platform.
Buzz Low is working on a lot of forthcoming music that will certainly put him further in the spotlight.
