Noa Kirel, born on April 10, 2001 in the city of Ra'anana, is an Israeli singer-songwriter, actress, dancer, and television host best known for representing Israel in the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest. She made a name for herself with the release of her debut single "Medabrim?" in 2015, followed by other popular songs such as "Killer" and "Yesh Bi Ahava" later that year. After starring in the film Nearly Famous in 2017, Noa Kirel scored her first charting entry with the song "Etzel HaDoda VeHaDod," which reached Number 3 on the Israeli charts. In 2018, she became the youngest person to judge a primetime television show after appearing in the first season of the reality competition Israel's Got Talent at the age of 16. Over the following years, the Israeli singer guested on Dolli & Penn's chart-topping single "Meusharim" (2020) while also landing a few of her own, including "Million Dollar" (2020), "Trilili Tralala" (2021) with Ilan Peled, and "Reashim" (2021) with Osher Cohen. Between 2017 and 2022, she won Best Israeli Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards, solidifying her reputation as one of the most promising talents in the Israeli pop music scene.
