Paradise Fears

Paradise Fears, an American alternative rock band from Vermillion, South Dakota, formed in 2007 by high school friends who initially played cover songs for local talent shows. The group deferred college admission to work full-time jobs and record their debut album Yours Truly, which was released independently on June 14, 2011. In June 2013, they released an eight-track EP titled Battle Scars, which peaked at number 2 on the US iTunes Alternative Chart. The band signed with Nashville label DigSin and released the single "You to Believe In" in July 2014, followed by a full US headlining tour titled Live Forever Tour. Their full-length album Life in Real Time was released via DigSin on December 4, 2015. The band continued touring through 2016 and beyond, with notable shows including the "Ten Years of Fear" concerts in July 2019.
