ITCHY

Itchy is a pop-punk trio from Germany founded in 2000. The band released their music under the name Itchy Poopzkid until 2017, when the name was changed to Itchy. Their debut album Heart to Believe was released in 2005. With the follow-up Time to Ignite, the band entered the German album charts for the first time in 2007 at number 68. At that time, Itchy played a few concerts with the Canadian punk rock band Sum 41, followed by the albums Dead Serious (2009) and Lights Out London (2011), both of which made it into the top 40 of the German charts. After the further albums Ports & Chords (2013 and number 27 in Germany) and Six (2015 and number 5 in Germany), Itchy took a short artistic break. in 2017, the punk rockers returned with the album All We Know, which reached number 18 in the German charts. In 2020, Itchy released their first album with German songs, Ja als ob. This also made it into the top 20 in Germany at number 19. The band celebrates its own band anniversary in 2021 with the best-of album 20 Years Down the Road - Best Of. Another studio album, Dive, is released in 2023. Itchy make it into the top 10 in Germany for the first time at number 10.
