Creative Source was an American R&B group from Los Angeles, formed in 1972 by veterans of the West Coast recording studios. Managed by Ron Townson of The Fifth Dimension, their breakthrough came with the release of their first single "You Can't Hide Love" in 1973, followed by their debut album Creative Source. In 1974, they achieved chart success with their cover of Bill Withers' tune "Who Is He (And What Is He to You)?", featured on their second album Migration. This period also saw the release of notable singles such as "Keep On Movin'" and "Harlem". The group continued with Pass The Feelin' On in 1975, which included standout songs like "Don't Be Afraid (Take My Love)", and their final studio album, Consider The Source, in 1976. Despite initial success, later singles were less impactful. By 1977, after losing their recording contract, the group disbanded.
