Artist, remixer, DJ and super-producer Sam Knowles goes by the name of Karma Kid.
Whether releasing solo EPs via renowned electronica labels Greco-Roman, Future Classic and Roche, or as one half of Shy Luv, Knowles has earned a reputation for a smart but ultimately very fun brand of electronic music that he could take in his pocket to clubs and festival stages worldwide. Since collaborating with Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard and US hip hop star Aminé on his breakout ‘Man Of The Year’ EP, Knowles has spent the last four years behind the scenes with production and writing sessions with Shygirl, Aquilo, Duckwrth, Rudimental, Lily Allen, Bakar and many more.
Drawing upon that creative experience, Karma Kid returns to the frontline with a trio of Dance EPs on Greco-Roman, including ‘Freedom’ and ‘Say U Luv Me’ that are, without doubt, the producer’s most immediately infectious records to date.
