Kebu

Sebastian "Kebu" Teir, born 1977 in Kristinestad, Finland, is a Finnish electronic music composer and keyboardist. He began his career in 2001 with the progressive‑rock band Prime Mover, contributing as keyboardist, co‑songwriter and producer. In 2010 he launched his solo project Kebu on YouTube, releasing original tracks. His debut studio album To Jupiter and Back (2012) entered the Finnish charts at number 28 and earned a nomination for the Schallwelle Music Award in 2013. The follow‑up album Perplexagon (2016) peaked at number 6 in Finland and received another award nomination. A live recording of Perplexagon was issued as Live in Oslo (2019). The artist’s work has been featured on national television and he has collaborated with bands such as Kouzin Bedlam and Vinyl Jam. Kebu followed up with albums Urban Dreams (2021), Synthetizer Legends: Volume 1 (2023) and Urban Skies (2026).
